NOOSE/SWAT support getting out of their cars during a pursuit?

I wasn't sure if I should post it into discussion or support, so ...

 

Hello.

If I call NOOSE/SWAT support during a pursuit, the whole team but the driver gets out of the car about 5 blocks away. So there are 3 SWAT guys in the middle of nowhere while the driver of the car is pursuing a van full of heavily armed suspects. Mostly this happens in a vehicle pursuit, but sometimes also in a foot pursuit or shootout.

 

Since 1.0D Hotfix1 (I think) the 2 people in the back of the SWAT truck or van shoot if lethal force is authorized. Well.. it's useless if 3 out of 4 people are missing. ;p

Does this happen in all pursuit tactics (Lethal, non lethal, aggressive, passive) or can I somehow avoid that? It's pretty annoying. :/
