i am sure this has been asked before but i couldn't find anything on it. is there any way to get some paramedics that aren't insane? i usually get this type of guy..

I have also found this to be the case, not once, but every single time with LCPDFR.  I have found the paramedic in Policing script/Police helper to be a little more stable.  You might also try calling on you cellphone.  I haven't tried the cellphone way, but could be a possible quick fix. 

Worter's callouts also contain "less than lethal" Paramedics I've found to work well and be more intergrated with LCPD:FR.  Paramedics called by a cell phone, however, will only attend to the player and not to any civilians in GTA IV.

yeah true. i usually call the paramedics from the police helper too unless it crashes..then i have to take a chance with everyones life by using the normal ambulance. you would think when they were creating gta iv they would have noticed something was fishy with the rescue personnel
