Tricking LCPDFR into thinking it's EFLC on GTA4?

With the update to OpenIV, It's becoming insanely easy to add police 3,4 and b into standard GTA4. if you're running the regular GTA4, LCPDFR (and dashcam, for that matter...) doesn't recognize these extra cars as vehicles. This becomes slightly annoying if you're trying to play as a highway patrol unit, you can't use the radar portion of Dashcam, and you can't use your incar police computer.

so my question is this: Is there a way of tricking LCPDFR into thinking you're running EFLC or to support the extra vehicles?

    Those are already modded. More variety in the police cars without having to edit all the cars again.
