Virus found in 1.0d Automatic installer?

Problems with the automatic installer downloads?  Your anti-virus may be detecting them as false-positives: either disable your anti-virus momentarily or use the manual installation instead.

It's normal for anti-virus programs to have false positives with LCPDFR. They don't seem to like the automatic installer (exe files downloaded from the Internet are hated by A/V programs).

As mentioned above, either disable your anti-virus or install the mod manually.

Yeah i use Norton and it does it every time.I guess its because the auto install injects files into your program files.seems sketchy to anti virus software.

The manual version got flagged by Avast on my computer aswell.

But yeah, the fix for this is just to disable the AV or whitelist the file.

kaspersky must be garbage becasue it just doesnt care for me i had no problems lol/.......

Kaspersky is actually really good, it's one of the best in my opinion, it doesn't notify me of a virus on 1.0D because it knows there is no virus there.

If I helped, I would appreciate you pressing the green arrow to the right of your screen!

If your chosen, or forced, AV detects it as any generic bs and you have checked with other sources, REPORT THE FILE TO YOUR AV PROVIDER AS A FALSE POSITIVE. The only way to improve these company's terrible products is to tell them that they are doing things wrong.

Report pages:

Avast
AVG

Avira

Baidu

BitDefender

Comodo

Microsoft

Norton

Trend Micro
