What about the tugboat with many people holding assault rifles and rpg's. That'll make for some interesting pursuit reports.

 

At first I thought you were talking about the Police Boat. If it were, I am pretty sure that it wouldn't only make it to the pursuit reports but most likely also the the Chief's desk. Someone will probably not have a job by the end of the day. LOL
