Need help on in-game text size

In-game the text size of the callout on the top of the screen takes 1/3 of the screen up. Whenever I try go and arrest someone where it says 'Press E to stop this person' is normal size, I don't know if there is anything in the config files, but I sure can't find it.

    If you could take a screenshot of what this looks like and post it that would be nice. Try changing the font size setting on your computer as a whole, that should help
