But GTA: IV is working fine, so is the Simple native trainer, do i have to place the diagnostics tool in a specific folder or, what's up?

Edit: It's the Steam version of GTA btw

did you run it as admin? is steam in the default C drive? I have never seen this happen

Yes i tried running as admin, it's installed in a different path: H:\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV

Edit: When i installed LCPDFR it said "couldn't find GTAIV please locate it manually" or something like that so, obviously something is wierd..

Edit2: OK, now it locates the GTAIV install location and everything checks out in the diagnostics tool except for

"visual c++ 2010 redistributable not installed" but it is installed and shows up in my programs list (control panel)

Does the mod work?

Is the one in your control panel called C++2010 (x64)? if so you have the wrong program. GTAIV is a 32 bit program there for needs the 32 bit c++ theres a link under the 090F auto installer
