    Yes i tried running as admin, it's installed in a different path: H:\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV

    Edit: When i installed LCPDFR it said "couldn't find GTAIV please locate it manually" or something like that so, obviously something is wierd..

    Edit2: OK, now it locates the GTAIV install location and everything checks out in the diagnostics tool except for
    "visual c++ 2010 redistributable not installed" but it is installed and shows up in my programs list (control panel)

    did you run it as admin? is steam in the default C drive? I have never seen this happen
