Assuming you've soaked up the remaining liquid...

 

Hoover/vacuum then use an upholstery cleaner of some form, leave for 15 mins, wipe away excess and hoover/vacuum again. Leave doors/windows open for an hour or so to allow the remaining smell to clear, put air freshner in the car and leave it. should be fine afterwards.

 

PS. I have no idea what pinesol is so I'm just guessing.

    google pinesol my friend and its still foaming so its a form of laundry and floor everything cleaner which is still foaming in my car :/

    If it's still fresh go to HD or Lowe's and buy spill clean up powder. Dump it on the spill, then vacuum up. Then use upholstery cleaner.
