How do I get a new cop car when my one has gone beyond repair?

Second, My partner just seems to stand there and do nothing, Can I get him to do anything?

He will take part in a gun fight but that's it...

Turn the lights on

Open the console by pressing the ' or the ` key. The type "heal" this will give you full health and armour as well as fix the car your in. Alternatively you can use Simple Native Trainer to spawn a new one.

Do you have the scripthook from LCPDFR in? It should work with the scripthook installed.

If its not working for you, you could just use a trainer. Look for Simple Native Trainer, or you could use the InGame Trainer.

If you have ELS, just turn on the lights again to repair your car as others listed above. Or you can just put in 3625550100 on your phone and take the cheat to recover Full Health & Armor as well it will repair your car.

well if he isn't using ELS enabled cars, turning the lights on won't do anything will it!
