Alright, so this is the first time I'm posting an issue so please be patient and don't stick the "noob" stickers on my back xD

 

So after a month of somehow getting gta iv to a stable form along with lcpdfr, I can finally play the mod without much issues.

 

So recently I noticed that after pulling someone over and when they start driving away, they just kind of start doing that right as your right next to their doors, they start up the ignition to their crappy broken 40 year old antique cars, it jams and a bunch of fumes come out of the muffler and they are finally about to make a break for it faster than a baby's stroller, giving you enough time to just walk up and pull them out of the car with force, (Real police officers would probably do the same thing.... probably... especially if the idiot is stuck between 50 police cars and is still just going back and forth thinking somehow he'll be on the run again within seconds) So when I go over and try to pull one of liberty city's finest citizens out of the car to let them know they've been a bad little cookie, all of a sudden, they are legally untouchable? atleast by me anyways. Apparently, I can't arrest or have my partner even arrest this menace to society anymore, the little blue/red strobe on top of them is gone too. Probably an error in the script thinking he's still in the car until he gets out on his own free will? I have to wait for one of liberty city's finest and brightest (Also the most fit and fastest) to deal with him, apparently they can do it though.

 

So is there any work around? or do I keep yelling at the guy and spam the hell out of the E key until he comes out? Thought I'd bring it to your attention...

 

Here are my lcpdfr and advancedhook and my scripthook logs just incase you thought I wasn't paying attention! Don't think they'll do much but whatever...

I have the same problem. Can't arrest the person after he tries to flee :-(
