I downloaded the trainer, and then by accident opened it with Adobe and now everytime i donwnload it or open it its in adobe, how do I get it out of there!? :-o

Just don't try to open it, you're not supposed to open the file, just place it in your GTAIV/EFLC directory, and run the game and open the trainer using the F3 key ingame

And now that I have ELS, i have only taxis driving around, how do I fix that?

Press ALT+M to access the panel. Now press "U" to change the primary light patern and "i" for the secondary.

Go into the download section here, download it and install it the same way as ELS.

Go into the "trainer.ini" file, then open it up and find "KeybindingsDisabled=0" change the "0" to a "1" That way to use the trainer you must use "F3" to open it and then the keypad to navigate it.
