Can you get ELS without LCPDFR?

Featured Replies

Firstly, sorry if this is bad in any way. By that I mean it's already answered, badly formatted, anything like that. I'm new here.

So I have a pirated GTA IV right now, but i'm planning on getting the real deal this Sunday, so please don't hate on me for being pirated for now. Once I get the real deal i'll get LCPDFR.

I tried getting ELS awhile ago without LCPDFR, but my game wouldn't run. It would ask if I let it run and all, I think that's my Norton Internet Security, but it wouldn't go past that. I checked my Task Manager and it wasn't a Process or App there.

I have the necessary files for GTA to run set to run as Administrator and in Compatibility mode for Windows 7, that shouldn't be it.

I do not have LCPDFR, as I said before, that is probably the issue, but i'm not sure.

I did have Simple Native Trainer installed, so maybe Scripthook or one of those files stopped it from working?

Here are my specs:

Processor

Intel® Pentium® CPU 2030M @ 2.50GHz

Video Card

Intel® HD Graphics

Memory

4.0 GB

Operating System

Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit

You can run ELS without LCPDFR, just the big problem is that you cannot run GTA IV by looking at your specs. I recommend getting a gaming PC.

Firstly, wrong section. Secondly, we don't support piracy. Thirdly, your system probably isn't powerful enough to run the game in the first place.
