I'm trying to do a US Marshals patrol, but I can't figure out how to unlock the side missions from the police computer without progressing the story. Is it possible to do in the trainer, because save games crash my game?

Yea, I only use dsound for multiplayer

If you use xlive then you could download a 100% save game, although you could just do a few missions as they get unlocked once you do a certain mission for Brucie, so it's early on in the game
