I just got the game! So first I should install it and play through the first mission, then save the game?

Thanks!

Also, it has 2 discs. Should I install both or only the first...?

Yes and no, If you create a match with people who also have LCPDFR then you can, but if the other person hasn't then it will just be you playing it. Also if you receive a callout they will not however they can follow you and still arrest them.

You need to install it anyway, even if you don't plan on playing online. You can disable by placing a certain file in the GTA folder. I'll explain in more detail about that later if you want.

Thanks for the +REP earlier by the way, It's appreciated.

Yes.

LCPDFR can be activated at anytime in any gamemode on any variant of GTA IV providing you have Games for Windows Live.

For people that don't have the mod, they'll just see you as an officer etc, pulling people over..

Avoid traffic stops online, too buggy

Just do the first mission in the standard game, then save it. If you plan to play LCPDFR in EFLC then you need to do the first missions again and just save it.

You cannot but EFLC on it's own, it comes with GTA 4. I don't know why you are mentioning Spark though, you are just going to confuse matters.

Thanks tom, its almost done installing then Ill be back to ask some more questions of what to do next :)

The menu displays both games even though you only have TBoGT / TLAD

For instance, if you only have GTA IV it'll still have the TBoGT / TLAD option, but you'd have to buy it

Alright, so it just finished installing. Now it gives me 2 options -- TBoGT and TLAD. Which so I do the first misison in, in order to play LCPDFR?

Either. Its up to you. Just remember to save afterwards BEFORE loading LCPDFR.

I'd advise TBoGT, it's generally better and the first mission isn't as long as TLAD

Exactly, once you load up the game, it should show 2 Options, GTAIV and EFLC. Didn't your game come with both Series if you bought it for $40.00 USD?
