Just a short clip. One of the reasons I love this game is it still surprises me from time to time.

Maybe I go around with my eyes closed or something but I have never noticed the guy in the clip before.

One reason I prob' notice him now is LCPDFR causes you to change the way you play. Quite often now I will cruise at 15 MPH on the look out for crime and because I am driving slower I notice more.

Anyway just wondered how common is this guy.

My god, I have never seen him before!, Great catch molten, This just goes to show, how when a Dev team like R* North Takes their time to make a new game, It still will suprise you eben to this day, Even 5 years later, Unbelivible.

Very nice find In all these years that I've played GTA IV, and I owned it from day one on PS3, I've never seen that before. This is what makes open world games so great.

Id do it just to see how shooting him, And stopping the animation, how the Ragdoll effect would work, While he's falling down :D

hehe :) yeah wasn't much to go on from the vid as I didn't look around much. Wish I had taken some screenshots now.

It's the top left corner of Bohan. Butterfly street I think it is. But I will be now keeping an eye out for him again and see if he spawns all over the map.

I would guess he only spawns during the day during working hours. I have seen him before when I was looking through peds in SNT. He has a roll of cable over his shoulder but before this I had never seen him at all, not even walking around.

Yep I agree %100. Only yesterday I got a call with 0.95RC to a place I had never seen before. It was an entrance to a residential tower block that until then I didn't know you could enter.

Wow ! I have never seen that before either. great now when I play I'll be to busy staring at telephone poles instead of looking for crimes lol 8-)
