I have GTA IV: EFLC installed. Im using Laptop, Msi gx623. I run Gta iv at medium graphics but its running around 40fps.

How can i increase my fps and can i run this LCPDRF mod?

And what mods are to make this game look better? Add some colors to look nicer and do those mods affect performance?

To increase your FPS, try turning down the settings or upgrade your computer.

Thanks Tom for help, i installed it and playing now. But where i can find all comands and keys, like how to stop car, arrest people.

If I am correct, hitting Shift + Tab will give you a list of key commands. :thumbsup:

The game start but it does not work the mod

So I installed 95 version it tells me I have

no c++ so I installed x86 but then it says

So I have x64 win7 I tried to installed x64 c++ and now i still get the same.

Do you know what s the problem?

Before I have a message that says that I have no msvcr100.dll so I put the file from internet in the system file but then I have to put it in WindowsSysWOW64 and then I start the game with no message of msvcr is not found thank you all!
