Hello, im new here.

I have GTA IV: EFLC installed. Im using Laptop, Msi gx623. I run Gta iv at medium graphics but its running around 40fps.

How can i increase my fps and can i run this LCPDRF mod?

Besides i have only Eflc, i dont have normal Gta iv

The game start but it does not work the mod

So I installed 95 version it tells me I have

no c++ so I installed x86 but then it says

So I have x64 win7 I tried to installed x64 c++ and now i still get the same.

Do you know what s the problem?

Before I have a message that says that I have no msvcr100.dll so I put the file from internet in the system file but then I have to put it in WindowsSysWOW64 and then I start the game with no message of msvcr is not found thank you all!
