pressing alt-p in game and LCPDFR wont start

Hi

I have installed, followed the video instructions, as well as trying the suggestions of turning off the windows options during the secondary questions before posting. I have also tried removing the dsound and going to the xlive option. During my game play I try to enable the LCPDFR using the alt-p and nothing happens. No text that option has started, no change at all. Went to local pd station and no red circle. I am new to all of this, so I am sure its something I have missed. I have attached my diagnostic information. I havent found a forum that is close to what I am experiencing. I will say that the trainer is working great! Also I do have a windows error happen when the game first starts, but the game works regardless as long as I dont close it.

Thank you!

Ryan Clark

No other mods that I am aware of. I just downloaded LCPDFR 0.91 and followed the video and added and changed what it told me to do.

Can you give us any further information about your computer in terms of specs? Particularly graphics card and CPU would be helpful. And what does the windows error say?

Erm...may I ask if you can see something like "advancedhook.dll" in your GTA:IV directory,Ryan?

Also,use 0.95RC2R2.Its the latest version.
