ok so I found the issues, my net4 had to be repaired, and downloaded the current version. Everything worked out. Plus all errors are gone! Thanks everyone!

Yes I see the advancedhook.....but it doesn't say advancehook.dll.....also as far as the computer I can't tell you till later when I get back home.

No other mods that I am aware of. I just downloaded LCPDFR 0.91 and followed the video and added and changed what it told me to do.

Hi I have installed, followed the video instructions, as well as trying the suggestions of turning off the windows options during the secondary questions before posting. I have also tried removing the dsound and going to the xlive option. During my game play I try to enable the LCPDFR using the alt-p and nothing happens. No text that option has started, no change at all. Went to local pd station and no red circle. I am new to all of this, so I am sure its something I have missed. I have attached my diagnostic information. I havent found a forum that is close to what I am experiencing. I will say that the trainer is working great! Also I do have a windows error happen when the game first starts, but the game works regardless as long as I dont close it. Thank you!
