So I just downloaded the More Liberty v3 mod, to have more peds and vehicles in the game.

The readme in there didn't tell me much where to put the 2 files, so where do I put the Popcycle.dat to? And where can I put the Filelist.pak?

And if you guys are familiar with this mod, does it slow down your gameplay or use up a lot of room? Just for my info since my PC is not really good.

    The mods cause the game to spawn more pedestrians / vehicles around you

    So yes, it could cause your game to lag depending on your system
