I moved over the summer and it took about 5 months for them to come get my internet and all that hooked up..... suuuucked anyway I have a question about NB's video here I want to know where i can get the mod for the darkness and also what i need to change in my els config to make my police lights bright like that when its dark.

I did I found the dark mod but I dont fully understand what setting do what in my els config

Download Radiance or Luminescence mod.

I need to find the dark mod it seems that i cannot so can some one please post a link for it?

i have the radiance mod break i guess ill just have to experiment with the settings.
