Ok so after i start my game ill go on a call and after i end the call all i hear is sirens and then maybe 10-15s later all i see is a ambulance with sirens and a police car following it, i also see firetrucks too... is it normal because its annoying hitting a ambulance every call i go to or when i do radar checks please help!

Hop in your LCPDFR.ini file (GTAIV/LCPDFR/LCPDFR.ini) and input the following values, under the [Main] section:

 

AmbientScenariosMaximum=0
AmbientScenariosMultiplier=0
