What are your settings? I really have been interested in command lines lately, and searched alot on the topic see if something like that will help I have a decent computer plays alot of games on high no lag but gta is insane on my graphics I have told another member in another post about the command line I have been using at home and it really helped my lag alot the one I was using had a shit ton of redundancies in it and basically canceled its self out.
