So I was looking for some new non els cars and came across this video from "Netman" and I was wondering if any of you had seen anything like this on your travels through the internet. 
I know that the lightbar is run by non els and that the grill lights and back window lights are using the strobe mod.

    If you're looking for a mod that allows your car to take damage and everything, then just use ELS 8

    I know all about ELS V8, I choose not to use it for a variety of reasons.
