Hi i have a question is there any way anyone can make me a charleston sc police car pack with

Can you also make a South Carolina Highway Patrol with

No one will do this for you without some further participation on your part, such as providing images, links to car models, ect.

Pictures, pictures, pictures! Also slicktop and undercover are the same thing... Only real difference is that a slicktop may be considered a marked unit and a undercover would be a unmarked and all white, black, blue, etc. Explain what you feel or want the difference to be
