they dont spawn ingame that i know of and its the 2nd island police station if you turn right off the bridge but it only spawns in multiplayer that i know of

If you really want to fly one, you should have a trainer installed (you need to to play LCPDFR) so if you just have the basic one that LCPDFR installs for you, open the console (with ` next to the 123456 keys on the top of your keyboard) and type

spawn polmav

or

spawn annihilator

And one will appear in front of you. The most you can get out of these with lcpd:fr though is just 'assisting' in a pursuit by following the suspect and calling in backup units but you don't have a spotlight or anything.

I guess your partner might be able to shoot out of the side of one.

If you have the one I'm thinking of, that is pretty much a black overlay with green text then it can't do that much. You can spawn vehicles (if you know the right vehicle file name) and you can use 'heal' to repair your vehicle or restore your health/armour. I don't believe it can spawn guns or wash cars. Sometimes the heal command is useful since there's no real way to refresh your police car in the mod but using it to heal yourself might kill the fun a bit.

thats wat it is. the polmav spawned wit the search light on and what are the heal and restore commands? i got spawning cars. can i spawn fires and stuff wit it 2 or no?

I'm really not too sure about any additional commands but the command to heal yourself/repair the vehicle you are in is simply

heal

You can probably spawn other objects and things but I don't know for sure. Really the scripthook addon is designed to allow mods to run scripts. Simple Native Trainer is a different trainer that will allow you to spawn weapons/change the time of day/spawn objects/etc.

i can spawn guns but i cant use them. they just sit there and i tried a snt once and it was such a confusing annoying thing and all iwanted to do was spawn cars and i couuldnt lol. do u know were to find the pool stick? its classified as a weapon but idk were to get it and thts wat i want.

However, it disappears from the player's inventory whenever a race is started, as the player is given a baseball bat. Also, the pool cue has no dodging animation which only allows the player to block attacks and also makes it impossible to do melee counters in a fight."
