Well, what exactly is happening? Just really quick run me through your gaming experience. (example below)

 

EDIT: Also, open up the "Manual Install" folder that you downloaded and make sure to put SlimDX.dll into your directory if it's not already there, this could be the problem, make sure it's there. Also be sure to note which version of LCPDFR you're using. You should be using 1.0c

 

Started game

Started mod

Started trainer

Disabled keys

Telepoted to Bohan Chase Point

Enabled "Force Duty"

Spawned Police 1

Began patrolling

Answered "Suspect Resisting Arrest" call

Got an error message

 

Something along those lines. Also, what mods do you have installed, including vehicles (If any, how many? Also, which vehicles do you have?), sirens, guns, and scripts (Callouts +/ The Wasteland 0.7.0)

 

When you get an error message, it's always best to restart the game, frustrating as it may be. Or, if you feel like the error wasn't too bad, hit ~ (top left of the keyboard, just under Esc) and type in this message. reloadscripts  Then press Enter. You will have to hit Alt P again and go back on duty either at the station or by ~ forceduty

I get in the game it says in the top left Error loader.loader then LCPDFR encountered a critical error i have ONLY lcpdfr installed no trainer or extra mods alt + p doesnt do anything

I have tryed almost every single think to think of i have no x64 visual c++ either and i have the latest directX's

Ok, I've edited my last post, so go ahead and read that once more and let me know what you have.

I already put the "SlimDX".dll back in and retry'd it didnt work the winrar file of my install is called 3. LCPD First Response 1.0c Manual Install I believe thats the correct one

Any other ideas i've been trying for a while also my pc is a Windows 8.1

You have to use the ScriptHook that comes with LCPDFR. Even if you have all of the dependencies installed, try downloading and installing them anyway. The only issue I can think of is not having all of the dependencies.

If i do no use the script hook new one i get this error

After I installed all of those i didnt restart so i'll try now

 

Ensure you have both, DirectX and the C++ 2010 redist (x86) installed in order for SlimDX to work correctly.
