I have been looking at these images for a half hour trying to figure it out. At first I though they were RX2700, then I though it was an Arjent, now I am thinking it is a Whelen Liberty... Please help me, I want to make a model based of these.

 

 

 

It looks like a Soundoff lightbar to me, possibly the nFORCE.

As far as I know, there are no unlocked Soundoff lightbars out there.

I'd say he's right. It does look like a Soundoff Nforce. I'm not sure of any Nforce's unlocked, but I have my Soundoff EPL9000 that I released unlocked:
