Look on the sites I gave to you and they have packages that go together I'm not sure if $400 is enough speculation if you need a complete system (monitor, mouse, hard drive, etc.

Found this on new egg might be what you want

Or check this one out from Tiger direct

are u in the US? If you are then it will be quite easy to get a pc. If you live anywhere else it will be a bit more expensive.

Here is the pc i made: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZgnnXL

Note it is a little bit more expensive than you wanted and it does not come with a screen or keyboard or mouse

Why exactly would you recommend a pre-built all in one PC? He wouldn't even be able to run Minecraft on that much less GTA IV.

Dual channel ram is always better than single channel, so I wouldn't go with that ram. The build also doesn't need an aftermarket CPU cooler unless he is overclocking, so he can save some money there. I know it is not the best way to get an OS, but there are other ways of getting it than buying it to save money. I would have went with an AMD CPU instead of Intel on a build this low budget. He can't afford to spend money on anything that isn't necessary, like for example the sound card. The case is just way to expensive for a $400 build, I would have went with a cheaper one. Also, I am not sure why you chose a $100 250GB HDD when you can get a 1tb for $50-60. I would suggest researching more about PC's before you go around a suggest builds like that.

I need to know what are some decent builds that can run lcpdfr smootly. Looking to spend around $400. I know that's not that much, just don't have a lot of money.

That pc u made is heaps good but most games don't support 6-core i'm pretty sure.

Please tell me you are trolling or know absolutely nothing about computers whatsoever.

haha, nah I aint trolling. I got mixed up in my words what I meant 2 say is a small amount of games don't support 6-core. But 6-cores are good tho. I say keep em. Also with the cpu fan I prefer to even get the cheapest one as it just helps cool the pc and stops too much dust from collecting.

Since when do games not support 6-core CPUs?

Some games like Cities XL and stuff. But most games do support 6-core. Again, sorry. It really doesn't matter if u get 6 core or 4 core as long as their powerful.

No problem, I just was unaware that some games don't support certain quantities of CPU cores.

Thats the reason i don't buy cities xl. It looks way better than simcity but supposedly it only runs 1 core at a time. So when your city reaches like 200,000 people the game starts getting choppy on even the best computers

I'm not trying to thread jack or anything. But if you're going to be wanting to acquire a new PC. Why not get a PC that is capable of GTA 5? Because that is the direction I'm focusing on for a budget build. If it can play GTA 5, it can play 4.

Just thinking.
