Texture quality loss after exporting from zmodeler.

   I am compiling a police car based off of my local police department using zmodeler. Well, before using zmodeler the texture on the car was high quality. Crystal clear. Once I exported it from zmodeler and installed the police vehicle into GTA IV, the quality of the texture has significantly degraded.

 

   I tried replacing the texture again in the .wtd file but with no luck. The texture is still low quality. Does anyone have any ideas to why this is happening or how to fix this issue?
