Game Crash on Prisoner Transport

Hi everyone,

Thanks once again for resolving my first problem.

Unfortunately I have another one. Namely, when I perform a gunpoint arrest and ask for a prisoner transport, my game crashes.

Is this normal? by this I mean is this a known bug?

If it is not, could someone please tell me a (possible) solution?

Hmm...mine doesnt crash...but the Prisoner transport almost NEVER shows up...hes either stuck on a wall..or somthing. Ive noticed that if your in an alley or somewhere like the industrial area, that its harder for the AI to get to you (backup, transport, ambulance)

Hmm, I see, now er what LCPD:FR version are you using? 0.91? 0.95? 0.95 RC1? Or older? You've got a lot of errors in that log however I can not identify them since I can only tell you the obvious. :P

EDIT: Yes I believe so. I'm not sure exactly what these are but they seem bad. Do you have .NET Framework 4 installed?

Yes I have .net framework 4 installed and it is the latest version since I updated it :)

maybe the problem is ScriptHook.net ?

the strange part is, sometimes it actually works and sometimes my game crashes :S

I tried to run it a moment ago and no problems, strange that it gives all those errors.

maybe it is because I run it in offline mode and have LCPDFR linked to my account ?

because it also tells me that it can't make contact with the server, I'm going to try to run it

Your game started to error out almost immediately. The part that get's me is this:

I'm running as administrator and I think I have the solution and the cause of the problem: ELS.

Uninstalled ELS and Imported my backed up standard police cars and it seems to do the trick.

shame because ELS makes it much more realistic, but on the other side uses a lot of both RAM and VideoCard Memory

still some errors but a lot less then with ELS installed

Although I have never had this happen, I suspect it's because when transport spawns, most of the time they do it with the lights/siren on. Which could be why ELS caused that. Its possible that when it didn't crash, were the times they would come without their lights on.

Yeah if you want to use ELS, don't use cars in the police and police2 slot that are ELS-enabled. When LCPDFR tries to turn on the lights and siren, it sometimes won't work with ELS, and the game will crash.
