There are way too many CVPI mods done for GTA 4 to list. Try using the search function found at the upper corner of the website. Make sure to search for downloads. Write "CVPI" and you will find dozens of results. Also the one in the vid is ELS enabled, keep that in mind. There is a useful filter for that found in this vehicle. Select "ELS models". The CVPI in video seems to be featuring a LED ligtbar. Also, for the lights to work properly, you need ELS (preferred version is ELS V8), which can be found in here. Also, if you can't find your CVPI here, try searching in these websites: GTAinside / GTA4-Mods / GtaPoliceMods
