Texture glitch/bug on the 2013 Dodge Charger Code 3 Javelin

Featured Replies

Hello everyone!
Yesterday i installed the Liberty City Code 3 Javelin Pack, '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

The one and only thing i have to complain on it, which is obviously a bug or glitch, is that i am just getting black stripes all over the car. Its the lines you would expect whenever you are texturing or modelling a car, and i have no idea why they are still there.

EDIT: Picture added, took it via steam

Any help would be appreciated! :)

Regards,

The author obviously only included one texture for the vehicle but left it mapped for more than one.

What can you do to fix this? Replace the template slot(s) with the desired texture(s) in OpenIV.

So, i followed the guide, did what i could, but i still get the exact same issue. I didnt rebuild the vehicles.img, but i feel like i shouldnt need to,but either way, when i opened the police skin file in .wtd, there was somewhat colors, the one i replaced it with seems like the skin parts that im getting problems with (That is, all of the parts in one car). Anything?

Always save and rebuild the archive. Is it possible for you to provide a screenshot of your .wtd file?

Okay! Good to know.

Heres the picture of my .wtd file!

I'd replace both charger_sign_1 and hemi_sign_1 with the texture just to be on the safe side. OpenIV is really acting up at the moment, I can't open any of my image files.

Right, will do!

Just to put that up though, the charger is the only car that has this issue, out of the 4 added.

(Will return when i know wether that worked or not)

So, this is kind of reviving a dead topic, but afterall I am back patrolling Liberty city.

So, i am still having the problem after these potential fixes, however, right now i get less crashes of some reason than i did before (Which is still good)

Even if this might be a issue that cant be solved that easily, i appreicates everyones help and that was really why i came here, to say this, and to report on the issue! :) You may or may not have an idea on how much you have helped me on these forums, wether it being a issue or question, and i want you to know that! :)
