Can't find Enforcer

So i was on SPark and i wanted to replace the Enforcer and police stockade with some modded vehicles and i cant seem to find the Enforcer in Spark, i took a guess that "e109" was the enforcer i imported my vehicle ,rebuilt and saved and when i started the game , it wasn't there only an enforcer was there.

and about the police stockade im taking guess and replacing it with "pstockade" (since it makes sense) but i could use some help with the enforcer problem. Before criticizing me im new to this stuff
