Has anyone made a LCPDFR desktop icon replacement for GTA IV or would ever be willing to?

Yeah I found a program that extracts Icons...thank you guys

You don't have to extract the icon if you just want to use it... On the program that you want to use the icon, simply click choose icon, browse to the .exe and pick it.

Oh wow I didn't even know that...I'll have to remember this next time would have been a lot easier.
