This pack is meant to run with LCPDFR 9.0 and up as well as ELS 8.

Please use mostly stub antennas, dark tinted windows and full police interiors on the vehicles unless specified. The roof light bars are Tomar Blades. If i leave a vehicle slot unspecified, then i leave it up to you for that model.

Good luck having this request filled. I'd suggest you find vehicles that have been released and requesting some skins.

I completely understand that it is a lot of work. But there are generous ppl here who enjoy making vehicles. I am willing to wait. This is far less nitpicky than my usual requests believe it or not. Plus I did some research and see that many of the vehicle components already exist. So again I realize that a whole pack is a lot of work, but iv tried to make this as easy as possible. If I didn't have any specifications then I would truly be wasting ppls time with this request. Any links to components or vehicles that make things easier for modelers is more than welcome

There is no benefit to make the pack.

Unless you only think of being paid for packs, thats not entirely true. But that's none of my business.

I certainly understand that and in fact agree. But unfortunately I have to rely on ppls generosity as I don't have funds to dish out right now

I think this is why people don't take requests, you've had 2 or 3 cars you requested that were done, now you expect an entire pack, come on now, generous people are still in this community? I'd like to see you point these people out that don't want anything in return offer them some money bet 20 of them will jump on doing your pack, especially a pack this size, you are advertising a pack that will probably never get done.

Its not that I want money but your pack is just so big, to get no reward is ridiculous.

I still can't believe you ppl think I'm so naive that I didn't think of that. Why do think that all of my requests are open to anyone and can be cancelled at their discretion at any time? I'm not a jerk who pushes his luck too far and takes advantage of ppl. If someone doesn't do a request so be it. Sure it would nice but it is not the end of the world.

It will take quite a bit to understand how to do it, but there's more chance of this pack ever being done by yourself then others. Plus, once you know how, you will never have to request a car again, instead, quickly whip up your own. Make cars is actually pretty fun, and rewarding.

Because frankly I spend a lot of my day learning more important things. And while it interesting im sure, when I have free time I'm not going to spend it learning something else. Maybe some day down the line but not right now.
