We're gonna need more information then that, bud! Which files, do other mods works, nothing, or just nothing ELS related works?

The more information you give, the more information we can give back to fix it.

Use the manual install of lcpdfr 1.0c. Go the the "LCPDFR" folder in your GTA IV directory and then run the diagnostic tool (you may have to set up the directory your self). This will tell you why lcpdfr isn't working.

First off, you don't seem to have an ELS.ini file. That is probably your error. Download ELS v8 again, drag EVERYTHING into your directory, and replace what ever it says and all that jazz. As far as I can remember, despite having ELS installed, if you haven't enabled it on a vehicle, the lights will just stay static and on, unable to turn them on or off. This is what seems to be happening in your picture. Once you've reinstalled ELS v8, make sure you go into the ELS folder, then the "_SLOTCONTROL" file and make sure it says,

[ FBI ]
Status = on

If you follow what I say and it still doesn't work, I'm not fully sure.

Good luck  :thumbsup:
