Most likely not, since your temperatures are pretty high (especially your CPU temp)

 

since ENB's boost up your CPU usage it'll boost up your CPU heat, which will kill it.. you should really invest in some type of CPU cooling

    The computer is even hot without having a enb and not even running GTA IV. I never cleaned the computer so that maybe the problem.. Thanks for your help..

    I suggest you either try cleaning the fans, or if it's a desktop buy a new cooling system. because if you attempt to run an ENB it will most likely kill your processor. actually.. it will definitely kill your processor if it's getting hot just running a stock standard GTA game
