I downloaded a car and added it using spark IV. it also came with an ELS config? do I need to add this to the root?  I have ELS V8. Just confused.  thank you.

If you have ELS installed the config file that came with the car needs to go inside the ELS folder in your GTA IV directory. You then need to open the ELS.ini file and make sure the vehicle you downloaded uses that config file rather than the ELS default file.

Put the config file in your ELS folder, and change the "file" for the model you are replacing in _SLOTCONTROL.ini to the name of the new config file.
