liverys inside police car

Featured Replies

who else here believe it would so cool to have lights or tones inside of our police car whilst we are in first person view going on, like for example in a real cop car how they turn there red and blues on, different lights flash or different things, or if some how we could get the radar computer to actually work inside of the car, how hard would this be to do?

also do you reckon in any more updates we'll have the option to do multiple pull overs instead of one

for example street racing crimes you can only get one person, imagine getting them both

food for thought

There are some cars that use ELS to have the lights flash inside of the car. For example, >this car displays the text that is on the message board inside the car, as well as the blinkers in the dash.

As for the radar thing, I'm not sure if that's possible.

The radar display would be possible, to a certain extent. It could be done by using a script that loads a model into the game and places it into a certain position; however, it's quite complicated and would only work for that individual vehicle.

Another way this could be done is by placing enough extra components in a single area and (again) having a script control when each extra is on or off; however, this type of display would have to be extremely simple.  :teehee:

In terms of practicality, making a fully working radar display is not practical at all.
