Hey everyone i was wondering if it's at all possible too make my lights flash like this (link below) or is that just an added feature in Police Pursuit Mod??? could i just edit ELS.ini too make my light's flash like this???

The reflection of the headlight flashers are PPM only as far as I know. The actual ELS lights can be brightened with Bxbug's Radiance mod.

Hmmm, After viewing the video im wondering this as well? I Dont see how PPM can create those lights with out changing something like timecycl.dat or whatever it is you use to replace with mods such as radience.

Wait, the headlight flasher reflection is your Illumination mod? I assumed it was PPM only because every video I have seen of PPM (well, 3 or 4 total) seemed to have it installed.

It was discontinued. I did a little searching around through youtube. It made it so people could use lights on ELS cars without running the ELS script (or something close to that effect).

You don't need ELS installed to use an ELS vehicle, is the impression I got.

Well, rather than using ELS, one would have used Sam's mod.

Sam: If I'm completely butchering your mod, please correct me :)

The strobe effect you see is PPM. Excerpt from their website
