What the OP is trying to say is this:

 

He wants a car pack with specific skins on for his clan.

 

A CVPI with the number on it's livery to be 1100. This is to replace the "police" vehicle

A Chevrolet Impala  with the number on it's livery to be 1101. This is to replace the "police2" vehicle.

A Ford Explorer with the number in it's livery to be 1102. This is to replace the "pstockade" vehicle.

A Dodge Charger with the number on it's livery to be 1103. This is to replace the "nstockade" vehicle.

A Parking Ticket Van(?) with the number on it's livery to be 1104. This is to replace the "burrito" vehicle.

A CVPI State Trooper with the number on it's livery to be 1105. This is the replace the "noose" vehicle.
