So me and a friend just downloaded lcpdfr and after adding some mods we wanted to patrol near eachother ( different cars ) and when one of us gets a call the other will follow, but we don't know where the suspect/vehicle is.. etc.. we have das (dispatch assistance system) and it tells us where we are but when one asks for assistance it doesn't add the obj. to the minimap so we don't know where to go except for the other players location. is there a mod that lets both players respond to the call and adds a waypoint or obj. to the minimap for the other person to go. thank you so much for reading this has been bugging us alot.

Google this - gta iv das mod - the only problem with the mod is that when there is only 2 people in game the waypoint aspect doesn't work all of the time. It is a known bug.

What DAS does is it shows you other cop players on the map and tells you their ped type, distance to them and what type of vehicle they are in, if any. You can also use Alt + PgUp or PgDn to let others know you're responding or if you're calling for assistance.

That's basically your best option currently.

If you & your friend can VC (Voice chat) (or he can type it, if you both know LC nicely) then you can give each other vague locations of the call (kinda like real life). Then you try to get near there & wait for your friend & follow them to the actual call.

That's the best you can do, for now.

Who knows, maybe someone might make it in the future, or in the future if/when LCPD:FR starts to optimize for MP we'll get it.

I could make this script if someone knows how these two network natives work.
