i have a 2000$ doller pc i built my self 

 

here is my specs 

 

1. i7 intel 3770k

2.16 gb ddr3 xfast gamer ram 

3.1 TB hard drive 

4. 900 W power supply 

5. nvidia kelper 3 GB 660 TI oc

6. cooler master for processer 

 

and more 

 

now when i install the game i have no problem but after i install lcpdfr my game crashes after about 10 to 15 

minutes after i enable lcpdfr during gameplay which is crazy becouse i intall with automatic installer and i do the hot

fixes for it and it even does with no other mods installed than lcpdfr so what do i do and do i stop it from crashing for good while i play so i can enjoy lcpdfr 

 

and after that i have a second quistion once that topic above is adressed how do you use els 8 without it crashing lcpdfr

Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR.

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  
• Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following:

AFTER YOU GET LCPDFR WORKING CORRECTLY

 

Go to the ELS.ini in the GTA IV main directory, usually in program files - rockstar games - grand theft auto IV

Go to the bottom and change

Ai_Els_Sp = on

Ai_Els_Mp = on

 

to

 

Ai_Els_Sp = off

Ai_Els_Mp = off

thank you guys  for the els 8 help now how do i get lcpdfr working right 

i have both gta 4 standerd and the eflc version so what would go best with lcpdfr 

 

Please read my lengthy post, as it should fix what you need.

none of this ever stopped it from crashing and i followed every step but it still crashes

 

You also need to reply to every step + Post a screenshot of your GTA IV Directory. 

i will retry the installation tomorow becouse my phone is dead right now and i have no way of posting photo right now.

In stead of using the auto installer i think i will try the manual thanks for now i will try to fix the problem with your help tomorow and post picture

You can just use the PrintScreen function and upload to imgur. 

idk how to do that and do i install lcpdfr 1.0  first and then lcpdfr 1.0c

 

or do i just install lcpdefr1.0c only  

The hotfix is included in the Automatic + Manual installer. You can download the manual installer (I recommend the manual installer) and that will get you all the files you need. 

do i install lcpdfr 1.0 and lcpdfr 1.0c or just 1.0c please reply thanks

i have got lcpdfr working but i have new problem the modded cop cars made it crash can you help me find a crown vi pack that wont crash the game please thank you very much

Most mods will make your game crash. You will have to do it by trial and error til you find a pack, or setup, that works.
