I have a problem with the roads and buildings textures i just don't know how to say this 

i can't see the road or the buildings when i'm driving  the commandline.txt doesn't working i don't know what to do please help me 

btw: i'm using els v8 and els v8 police vehicles help me please!!!

What's your specs?

 

Car mods are high poly, which means you need a decent computer to run them. if you don't, then it'll start deleting your "world" and you'll only see your character and cars, nothing else. reinstall your game and only use the standard cars also lower your graphics. if this still happens, then your computer can't handle IV

It sounds like you're getting texture loss. Can you post your system specifications?

Before we can help we need to know these:

 

RAM

Processor

Graphics Card

Operating System

 

Also, are you running your game with background programs open? For example: are you loading the game while you have a document, internet browser or other programs such as utorrent? also, you might want to disable your Anti-virus before playing (but make sure you enable it BEFORE using the internet)
