It's important I dislike most of the enb's out there (even mine) I really like this one though.

He said it was a cry enb mixed with others 

I know its Cry ENB Mainly because of the shaders but as far as road textures possibly DKT70's but I could be wrong but his ENB is so good imo

Yeah I think i use the visualsettings from Cry, tweaked to my specs. And my own variety of others.

right now im gambling on if I should just use the high preset of CryENB v2 and trying to find really good HD textures

Everyones computer is different.

I took the visualsettings from CRY ENB, changed a lot in that file to best accommodate me and my computer performance.

You will probably never recreate someone else's experience on LCPDFR that you see on a video.

People have different scripts and mods and weapon mods, ped mods, road mods, you name it, there is probably a mod for it for GTA IV.

 

Trial-and-Error is your best friend.

If something doesnt look good, take it out and try something else. Always remember to change one thing at a time just in case something goes wrong you know exactly what it is and why.

You just need to replace the Files in CryV1.
