I would like someone to make this vehicle to these specifications please.

ELS V8.

Specific lighting placements.

Latest model Crown Victoria

Templates needed.

All necessary police equipment.

Setina Pushbar, Police console/laptop/siren control, body partition, spotlight, Whelen Edge 9000 lightbar, various other lights, antennas.

With the spot light can it be made to face down like in the photo as they are purely for show.

I will include pictures of the lighting I want on the vehicle (required lighting with be circled in red and where I want it on the vehicle)

Edit: all of the lights I have circled in the photos I want on the cruiser please.

 

Can anyone do this please?

It is very unlikely people will just make a model for you, even a skin can be hard for someone to do. Model requests dont get made, most of the time. I would get zModeler and make your own cars. Good luck.

If I had any idea how to use Zmodeler and I could afford it I would.
