I'm assuming this is dead as there hasn't been an update since July.

Its not really dead. I add things from time to time, the reason for not uploading it was because I decided to release it only to close friends of mine. If you guys would like a personal copy, message me and ill think about it. There is also a fatal error which im yet to find a fix for, which is another slight factor on why I didnt release it. I didnt want to talk about this, as I would expect you guys to get disappointed. The only people that knew about this, apart from right now are my closest friends in the gta modding community, again I didnt want people knowing. I can admit that I havent worked on it nearly as much as I used to, but I still add things like I said. I hope you all understand, and just message me and ill think about giving you a copy.
