Is it patched to 1.0.7.0?

 

What do you mean by "gta 4 premium"?

 

Is your computer a 32bit or 64bit operating system?

Yes it's a legally copi of gta 4 i buy it on steam.. I have win 7 x64 and yes i patch him with 1.0.7.0...

I repeat the installation with a new copy of gta with only installed 1.0.7.0

YEEEEEEE I DOWNLOAD MCSVBLABLA.DLL AND I PUT IT IN THE GAME FORLDER AND IT'S FOUND THX MAN I TAKE HIM IN YOUR GUIDE <3
