game will start but lcpdfr will not

so i have correctly installed the lcpdfr mod http://prntscr.com/3urfq2 but when i open the game, the game it self will start,but the mod wont start

i dont have a crack of the game (bought it with cd gta iv & episodes from libery city) and all these programs and everything else u say to check before we ask for support i checked them twice, i have them all and all the files are there. maybe the problem is i have windows 8 and i use all gta iv programms in combatibility mode with windows vista service pack 2, i always run it as admin or the game itself wont start.

i dont use any mods

Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR.

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  
• Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012
  

If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post.

If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following:

• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.

no i didnt fail to read the instructions as u can see i cant upload these logs cuz your system has a problem with that

did u even check that or is it an automated answer?

i edited to put system secifications cause i forgot and thats the only fault i have made

There is nothing wrong with the uploading system because a few people have uploaded their logs not to long ago. keep trying to upload your logs so we have a better understanding on what the main cause is.

 

Have you updated your GTA to the latest patch? 1.0.7.0 for GTA 4 and 1.1.2.0 for EFLC. also if you're using the automatic installer, i has been known to cause a fw problems. i suggest uninstalling LCPD:FR, downloading 1.0c manual install and follow this guide - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

i have the latest updated (downloaded it today) and i downloaded the autoatic 2 times then i decided to make the manual and made it as i said all files exist

(did u check the links to see that it puts me an error?)

Well if you're able to upload your log files, we would be able to help you.

 

If it's not letting you upload, then try clearing your cache files, browser history, cookies or try and use a different internet browser.

 

EDIT: I tested the upload system, and for me it is working normal.

Can you also give us a screenshot of your GTA game directory? You may have installed a file in the wrong place.

Is your advanced scripthook up to date? normally when it can't reads the script.

 

Grand Theft Auto IV can run on Windows 8 with no problem, so there is no need for it be in compatibility mode, switch that off and see if  that helps.

When you install LCPDFR 1.0 you get a few files with the names "AdvancedHook.dll AdvancedHook.log AdvancedHookInit,asi AdvancehookInit,log" are you using the correct ones from the Manual Installation and also are you running your LaunchGTAIV.exe and GTA IV.exe as Administrator?

i did it step by step i m sure i did it right

and i always run it as admin or it wont open at all
